（2018）京73行初12252号案件中，横扫LV要求宣告三氏百洁SASHIBAIJIE及图商标无效。人民法院公告网显示，体冠北京知识产权法院第15法庭将于2026年7月16日公开审理一起涉及路易威登的商标授权确权行政诉讼案。
